FFCCCII president Victor Lim lauded the collaborative resolve of law enforcement agencies, noting his recent dialogue with PNP Chief General Rommel Francisco Marbil to strengthen public-private cooperation in combating criminality.

The group said similar constructive discussions were held with Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago and Bureau of Immigration Deputy Commissioner Daniel Laogan, emphasizing the need for systemic vigilance and interagency coordination to thwart and dismantle criminal networks.

While the arrests marked progress, the FFCCCII urged authorities to pursue remaining suspects, including purported masterminds and accomplices, with equal rigor.

The federation also cited the need for a thorough investigation to uncover the full scope of this case and other similar incidents, ensuring accountability and deterring future threats to civil order.

Lim reiterated the business community’s steadfast support for initiatives that enhance the nation’s peace and order infrastructure, a cornerstone of economic stability and an important requirement to attract foreign investors and tourists.

The FFCCCII expressed hope that sustained collaboration between civic stakeholders and law enforcement would yield a stable climate where justice prevails, and enterprises thrive unimpeded by fear.

The federation called for expeditious judicial proceedings to deliver justice for the victims and their families, reaffirming its commitment to working with authorities in safeguarding the welfare of all people in the Philippines.
