SGV & Co., the Philippines’ largest professional services firm, announces that Rossana A. Fajardo will succeed Wilson P. Tan as country managing partner, effective July 1, 2025.
In this role, she will lead the firm’s strategy for transformational and sustainable growth, focusing on revenue enhancement, operational excellence, and client service.
Fajardo joined SGV in 1988 and became a partner in 2001, holding leadership positions in SGV and EY.
A strong advocate for women in leadership, Fajardo is an active member of EY Women in Technology and leads the Philippine EY STEM Girls program, inspiring young women to pursue STEM careers.
She is also a member of professional organizations, including the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Institute of Internal Auditors, Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines, and Management Association of the Philippines.
Fajardo graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City. She completed the Executive MBA Program at the Asian Institute of Management, the Ernst & Young Kellogg Account Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the London Business School Account Leader Program.
