BATAAN First District board member Tony Roman has launched a mobile library project seeking to promote reading among elementary school students in the province.
Roman provided the mobile library while the e-library was supplied by the Asia Foundation, with public school teachers assisting in project implementation.

Named “Cool Iskool Mobile Library,” the project has already gained support from the Aboitiz Foundation which donated 57 computer tablets, with more help forthcoming.
The mobile library will visit elementary schools in the province.
