The first floor houses essential services like the Barangay Affairs Office, City Social Welfare and Development, Office of Senior Citizens Affairs, Person with Disabilities Affairs Office, Taguig City Police Station, and a Child Development Center.

The second floor is dedicated to offices for barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials.

An e-library is situated on the third floor along with the office of the Taguig City Integrated Service System, while the fourth floor features a Training Plaza for community training and seminars and a dedicated evacuation area during disasters or emergencies.

The top floor boasts of a playing court for young athletes to train and develop their skills.

Mayor Laarni Cayetano, who led the inauguration, emphasized the importance of the facility in serving the community’s needs.

“In any community work that we inaugurate, we dedicate this to the Lord; that first of all, this building can serve His purpose for the community. Second, any building — no matter how beautiful, any equipment — no matter how new, it still depends on those who work here,” she said.

The construction of the multi-purpose building is a project supported by Mayor Cayetano during her term as Taguig’s Second District Representative.
