DOMINANT Lakas Christian-Muslim Democrats will help manage political conflicts ahead of the May 12, 2025 midterm elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
In a statement, Lakas-CMD vowed to “transform polling centers to sanctuaries of democracy” side-by-side with its regional party ally, the new Serbisyong Inclusibo Alyansang Progresibo (SIAP).
Also, the allied members’ vowed to uphold peace and democracy in a the statement jointly issued by the parties. “We pledge to walk the path of righteousness in the coming May 12, 2025 National and Local Elections. We shall be bearers of light in this democratic exercise, ensuring that every vote cast becomes a brick in the foundation of BARMM’s continuing progress,” it stated.
