At least 10 crewmembers of the Philippine Navy’s BRP Enrique Jurado (PC371) were promoted in a ceremony held in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, presided by their skipper Lt. Cmdr. Ray Moore Artates.
In his remarks, Artates reminded the promotees that “leadership is a responsibility, not a privilege.”

“The ceremony highlighted the unit’s deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its personnel, who continue to uphold the standards and quality expected of members of the navy. It was a meaningful recognition of their commitment to excellence and service,” the Navy said.
