ILAGAN City—Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar of Las Piñas has joined a women’s organization which marked its 14th anniversary that coincided with its Christmas party held Dec. 5 at the Capital Arena here.
In her remarks, Villar emphasized the crucial role of every woman in the community, emphasizing the importance of women in society and serving as the foundation for families that contribute considerably to community development.
“The role played by women is valued, and we are brave and resilient no matter what challenges come our way,” Villar stressed.
As GO Wow members, you empower women to achieve a better future for everyone and contribute to nation-building,” she said.
“We are looking for further anniversaries to celebrate for GO Wow. GO Wow can count on the help and support of the Villar family, Villar added.
