A US appeals court on Friday rejected TikTok’s attempt to question the constitutionality of a law requiring TikTok to separate from its Chinese owners or face a US ban, a court filing said.
The law, signed by President Joe Biden in April, would block TikTok from US app stores and web hosting services unless ByteDance, its Chinese parent company, sells the platform by January 19.
