Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman (fourth from left) joins the inauguration of the ‘Improvement of Recreational Trail within Mambukal Resort and Wildlife Sanctuary’ project held on April 7, 2025 at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City.
