Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) chairman and administrator Eduardo Jose Aliño (second from left), Subic Water chairman Apollo Tiglao, Subic Water chief executive and general manager Benjamin Antonio III and Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. (left) hold the copy of the signed third amendment to the franchise agreement and the fourth amendment to the SBMA-Subic Water lease agreement on March 20, 2025 at the SBMA Corporate Boardroom. The agreements extend the franchise term until March 31, 2047.
