National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan (left) administers the oath of office to Glenda Rumohr as the new Undersecretary for legislative affairs on March 5, 2025 at the NEDA Central Office in Mandaluyong City. Before joining NEDA, Rumohr served as the assistant secretary of the privatization and partnerships group at the Department of Finance. With over a decade of experience in public service, she has built a strong background in public administration, policy development, law, research, project management, and stakeholder engagement. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2013 and graduated from De La Salle University-Manila in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
