Panagbenga Festival

Baguio City’s 29th Panagbenga (a season of blooming) presents Baguio Flower Festival Parade of floral floats to the delight of spectators. More than 40 floats heavily bedecked with all kinds of flowers take part in the procession which never failed to attract local and foreign tourists in huge numbers.
