Day of National Remembrance for the Heroic Sacrifice of SAF 44

On January 25, 2025, the Philippine National Police Academy
marks the 10th Anniversary of the Day of National Remembrance for the Heroic Sacrifice of the SAF 44. This solemn occasion graced by the presence of Honorable Juanito Victor “Jonvic” C. Remulla, Secretary, DILG, assisted by PGen. Rommel Francisco D. Marbil, Chief, PNP, together with PMGen Mark D. Pespes, Director, SAF, and PMGen. Christopher C. Birung, Director, PNPA. Also in attendance were former Directors of the Special Action Force, comrades of the SAF 44, and the families of the brave heroes.
