A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, carrying Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost and ispace’s Resilience lunar landers, lifts off from Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, on Wednesday. USA’s Firefly and Japan’s ispace aim to build on the success of Texas-based Intuitive Machines, which last year became the first company to successfully touch down on Earth’s celestial neighbor.
