Innovation plan

The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) CALABARZON, in collaboration with the local government unit (LGU) of Taytay, Rizal, advances efforts to strengthen the municipality’s scientific and technological initiatives through the Innovation, Science and Technology for Accelerating Regional Technology-based Development (iSTART) Program.
