Rare sight to behold

Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City, one of the perennial headaches of motorists and commuters alike the whole year through, was incredibly almost clear of vehicles on Thursday (Jan. 2) in both directions. This welcome sight however, is naturally expected to be short-lived.
