Housing delivery

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) is opening 2025 with optimism on the delivery of more housing units under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program. This follows the ceremonial turnover of 4PH units in Palayan City to overseas Filipino workers during the Pamaskong Handog para sa OFWs in Malacanang. DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said more 4PH units are soon to be delivered to beneficiaries, citing the completion of several buildings in various project sites.
