A Waxing Gibbous Full Moon with distant Jupiter was observed over the eastern skies of Baguio City in Benguet on the evening of December 14, 2024.
Moon gazers watched the early evening celestial spectacle from the nearby Jesuits Villa Retreat House and Ecopark.

The site also serves as weather station for both the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
