Planning conference

Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Jaime Bautista leads the agency’s annual planning conference on Dec. 5, 2024, bringing together key officials to review the agency’s achievements for 2024 and outline its operational plans, commitments and performance targets for 2025. Bautista emphasized the importance of collaboration across the agency’s four sectors to ensure timely completion of DOTr projects.
