Francisco Tiu Laurel and the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Soils and Water Management in inaugurating the country’s first-ever Mobile Soil Laboratory at the Malacañan Palace on Friday. The ten-wheeler laboratory has state-of-the-art equipment, facility, resources and safety features that aim to provide accurate and timely results.
