Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat says financial education empowers Filipinos by enabling them to manage debt, grow income, save, invest, and avoid scams. The BSP and its partners shared their initiatives and experiences in promoting financial literacy at the two-day Financial Education Stakeholders Congress using digital technology and other tools. The event focused on ways to empower Filipinos to make better-informed decisions in areas such as savings, investment, and retirement planning, contributing to an improved quality of life.
