Ovialand project.

Ovialand Inc. launches Sentro, its second project with Takara Leben Co. Ltd., a Japanese firm. Sentro, a 9.7-hectare development in San Pablo, Laguna, will have 746 housing units. The project, located three minutes from the city center, is set to begin turnover in late 2025. Sentro will strengthen Ovialand’s presence in San Pablo, where the company completed nearly 3,000 housing units. The new project will offer townhouses, duplexes, and single-detached units, all featuring Ovialand’s classic design and premium finishes.
