Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman (left) meets with Philippine Red Cross (PRC) secretary general Dr. Gwen Pang on Oct. 17, 2024 at the DBM Central Office in Manila. During the courtesy visit, they discussed the possible areas where they can conduct their next bloodletting program. As the founder and head of the Dugtong Buhay Movement, Pangandaman spearheads the conduct of various bloodletting programs nationwide to collect blood units that can be donated to PRC’s blood bank.
