Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. and Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) acting general manager Glen Pangapalan visit the KADIWAngPangulo in Palengke Avenue at the PFDA-Navotas Fish Port Complex (PFDA-NFPC) on Oct. 11, 2024. The two officials discussed the food products available at the KADIWA store, which are sold at lower, more affordable prices compared to those in commercial markets.
