The Matcha Tiramisu (P1,800) puts a twist on the classic favorite, featuring layers of ladyfingers soaked in marsala, complemented by mascarpone cream and finished with a dusting of premium green tea. The Strawberry Matcha Cake (P1,500), on the other hand, is a light and irresistibly romantic creation, topped with fresh strawberries and matcha cream.
