Only two months into the role, Luxent Hotel’s Executive Chef brings global experience and a heart for Filipino flavors to its kitchen, merging international finesse with the warmth of local flare.
“My vision is to create something comforting yet elevated,” he says.
In a quick chat with Manila Standard, Chef Allanshared his excitement for his work at Luxent and his plans for its evolving menu. Earlier in the day, he had served as chairman of judges for the “Clash of Kawali” Mother’s Day Special 2025—a culinary showdown where he also awarded the event’s Chef’s Choice recognition.
That vision begins with a soon-to-launch à la carte menu focused on Italian delicacies—a nod to his training abroad. His goal: to transform Luxent from a staycation spot into a true food destination.
Guests can enjoy his touch across Garden Café’s all-day buffet, Lush Bar and Lounge’s casual fare, and Vertigo Pool Deck Bar’s skyline views. More than menus, Vale’s focus is on memories.

“Beyond food, Luxent Hotel offers 255 well-appointed rooms, two pillarless grand ballrooms, versatile meeting spaces, three distinct dining outlets, two swimming pools, KTV rooms, a gaming room and a fitness center — along with the recently opened PureLuxxe Wellness Spa.
