“‘THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025’ serves as a premier platform for key players in the industry to connect, explore new opportunities, and drive innovation. With the resurgence of tourism and hospitality, this event is more crucial than ever in shaping the future of the HoReCa sector,” Pichai said.

With over 600 host-buyers from 25 countries taking part, the event presents the latest trends, technologies, and solutions in nine main sectors, such as Bakery & Ice Cream, Café & Bar, Cleaning & Laundry, Dining, Furnishing, Kitchen, Services, Tech, and Wellness.

Key attractions include the ASEAN Barista Team Championship, where leading baristas display their skills in a lively competition; the Thailand Ultimate Housekeeping Challenge, which honors excellence in hospitality services; the Asian Pizza Show Academy, with live demonstrations by renowned pizza chefs; and the THAIFEX – HOREC Academy, providing expert-led seminars, hands-on workshops, and networking chances.

“This event is meant to be more than just an exhibition—it is a vibrant meeting place for buyers, suppliers, and service providers to share ideas and discover business opportunities,” Pichai mentioned.

Acknowledging the worldwide influence of the HoReCa industry, the Thai government is also strengthening its dedication to trade expansion through Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).

Thailand has recently entered into the THAI-EFTA FTA—its initial FTA with the European Union—and the THAI-Bhutan FTA. Agreements with Israel, the UAE, South Korea, Canada, and the UK are anticipated to open new markets, attract foreign investment, and create growth prospects for HoReCa businesses.

“With Thailand’s strong business infrastructure and expanding trade network, we are well-positioned to support the long-term growth of the HoReCa industry, both regionally and globally,” the minister continues.

“THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025” is expected to draw over 20,000 visitors, buyers, and business professionals, with an estimated trade value of more than 4 billion baht. The event highlights Thailand’s significant position in the HoReCa industry both in the region and worldwide.

“THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2025” runs from March 5 to March 7 at IMPACT Exhibition Center, Halls 9–12.
