President Rodrigo Duterte welcomes the arrival of more than 2.8 million doses of Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine doses at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City Monday evening. He was joined by Russian Ambassador to the Philippines Marat Pavlov, National Task Force against COVID-19 chief implementer and vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr., and Interior Secretary Eduardo Año.

As of Nov. 6, a total of 63,733,776 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered nationwide, with 29,331,626 Filipinos already fully vaccinated.
