Real estate player SM Development Corporation (SMDC), is currently giving its customers the chance to say “mine!” to their new home via fun virtual talk shows and digital selling events of its ready-for-occupancy (RFO) communities.
Through its Facebook and Youtube channels, SMDC gives participants a private tour of its RFO projects.
Kicking off the series is SMDC’s It’s a Shore Thing–a digital talk show and virtual tour of the Shore Residences complex, and a showcase of its waterfront resort-like amenities at the Mall of Asia Complex.
Also on tap is “Say Mine to Your Dream Condo”, which is aired every weekend of October and November.
Here, digital influencers such as Sarah Geronimo-Guidicelli, Matteo Guidicelli, Luis Manzano (shown in photo), and Alex Gonzaga, take potential buyers through tours of the different SMDC RFO properties, namely, the Trees Residences, Air Residences, South Residences, Grass Residences, and Fame Residences.
