Farmers give away newly harvested ripe tomatoes to the public due to a slump in wholesale prices for the commodity at the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal. Market forces of supply and demand caused prices to slump at NVAT on a recorded oversupply, according to Provincial Assistant to the Governor Rachel Magday Itchon.
