Elderly residents of Barangay BARS, Habay 1 in Bacoor, Cavite receive Kalinga Packs from SM City Bacoor through the SM Foundation’s Operation Tulong Express (OPTE). A total of 500 packs were turned over to the barangay officials as assistance in the wake of Typhoon ‘Ulysses.’
