Domagoso appealed to Manila residents to use the underpass properly and take care of it.

He also warned those who planned to vandalize the said underpass.

"Here we are today, an underpass undisturbed, no obstruction unlike before. Clean, spacious. Let’s use the underpass properly,: Domagoso said.

He added: “If they are artistic, let the artists take their skills elsewhere, not in the underpass walls.”

Last year, Domagoso got disappointed when the wall of the Lagusnilad Underpass was vandalized by the cultural group Panday Sining after the underpass was cleared of illegal vendors.
