Chef Josh Boutwood invites lovers to a dinner date at his “creative and imaginative” restaurant.
Savage serves today until Feb. 15 a four-course Valentine Dinner priced at P4,400 per couple. The meal begins with a selection of snack to tease the palate, followed by the appetizer—in-house smoked salmon chive and dill.
Mains are a choice among dry-aged Australian Wagyu striploin with house chimichurri, Roast Chicken for Polenta, and Grilled Seabass with Manila Clams and Thai Basil. The meal ends with Eton Mess, a delightful, traditional English dessert made with strawberries, broken meringue, and whipped double cream.
Savage is at G/F The Plaza, Arya Residences, McKinley Parkway, Taguig.
