Turnover of units has started at Park McKinley West, Megaworld’s newest residential condominium project inside the McKinley West township in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Located along LeGrand Avenue, the development features four 25-story towers and is Megaworld’s third residential project in the 34.5-hectare McKinley West township.
The project was designed by award-winning British architecture firm Broadway Malyan.
Tower A has 514 condo units, while Tower B has 478 units. Some units in these towers are now ready for turnover, while construction on the other towers is ongoing.
The new development offers a wide variety of units, ranging from one-bedroom units of up to 48.5 square meters to five-bedroom penthouses as large as 336 square meters. Each unit comes with built-in premium kitchen appliances and modern fixtures in the living, dining, and bedroom areas.
Located on the second floor, the amenity deck features a wide range of lifestyle and wellness amenities. These include a high-ceiling function room, fitness gym, yoga and meditation deck, swimming pool with separate areas for adults and kids, a children’s playground, and a pool deck with lounge chairs. There are also male and female changing rooms, an outdoor sitting area, and gardens on the 15th floor and roof deck.
The project is part of McKinley West, a master-planned township that combines upscale residences, office buildings, retail shops, and green spaces. The township is located beside Forbes Park and McKinley Hill, offering easy access to Makati, BGC, and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
As turnover begins, Megaworld expects strong interest from buyers looking for a luxury lifestyle in one of Taguig’s most exclusive communities.
