Management retreat

As part of the Lenten offering to both Philex Mining Corp. and Silangan Mindanao Mining Co. Inc., president and chief executive Eulalio Austin Jr. conducts separate management retreats with the managers of both companies at the Padcal mine in Benguet and Silangan Project Site in Surigao del Norte, respectively. This gave managers the opportunity to learn from the knowledge and experience of Austin, who has been a licensed mining engineer for the past 43 years and the president of Philex since 2012, and to use these as basis for reflection on their own lines of work.
