Vis-Min property developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification after 93 percent of its employees declared it a great place to work.
This figure is significantly higher than the Philippine average of 65 percent, reflecting CLI’s commitment to being an employer of choice in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
With more than 1,000 employees across various departments and subsidiaries, CLI has built a strong, high-performance culture. The company’s success is driven by its core values, achieving top scores in leadership, pride, camaraderie, integrity, and employee engagement.

CLI used a company-wide employee survey through Great Place to Work to assess and improve its workplace environment. Nearly 600 employees, with a 65 percent response rate, provided feedback on various aspects of their work life.
CLI’s workforce spans a wide range of departments, including Business Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, and more. The company operates with subsidiaries such as CLIPM (property management), CLI Hotels and Resorts, and CLI Foundation.
