The Philippine Army’s 40th Infantry (Magiting) Battalion marked a new chapter in its leadership during the Turnover of Command Ceremony held at Barangay Ladtingan, Pikit, Cotabato.

“Dedication to duty reminds us to put the mission first and serve with honor and pride. These values are not just words — they are the foundation of your identity as Magiting Warriors,” he said.
“This change is essential to ensuring continuity in the battalion’s mission while fostering growth, innovation, and renewed commitment to excellence,” the Army unit said in a statement.
