ePLDT and PLDT Enterprise, the ICT subsidiary and business arm of PLDT Group respectively, win awards in cybersecurity and customer service given by Asia Symposiums at the global research company’s first Philippine industry events for technology and business leaders on Nov. 7, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria. ePLDT and PLDT Enterprise are co-recipients of the ‘Cybersecurity Innovator of the Year’ award for efforts in helping customers secure their digital environment. These include enhancing protection, reducing risk, increasing efficiency and offering new ways to detect and respond to threats. Alex Bernardino, ePLDT Field CISO and PLDT Enterprise head of enterprise consulting Practice, earns the ‘Best CISO of the Year’ recognition for his expertise in security technologies and contribution to elevating knowledge sharing within various industries.
