Employees of Calbayog Water, a non-east zone operating unit of Manila Water subsidiary Manila Water Philippine Ventures, celebrates five years of dedicated service, community partnership and commitment to delivering high-quality water services to Calbayog City and its surrounding areas. Calbayog Water is the 25-year joint venture between the Calbayog Water District and Manila Water tasked for the operation, maintenance, management and expansion of the water district’s franchise area.
