Following the inauguration of the Civil Registry System Outlet in Biliran, Philippine Statistics Authority civil registrar-general Claire Dennis Mapa, Governor Gerard Roger Espina, regional director Wilma Perante, assistant national statistician Marizza Grande and chief statistical analyst Renavil Cueva award the copies of the certificates of live births in security paper to the beneficiaries of the birth registration assistance project.
