Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman receives a token of appreciation from the Mindanao State University (MSU) Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (TCTO), led by Chancellor Mary Joyce Guinto-Sali on Sept. 17, 2024. Guinto-Sali expressed MSU Tawi-Tawi’s gratitude to Pangandaman not only for serving as the guest of honor during the MSU TCTO’s 55th Emerald Charter Day celebration, but also for her invaluable contributions to MSU Tawi-Tawi.
