Aboitiz InfraCapital’s LIMA Estate, an 800-hectare industrial-anchored mixed-use development in the Philippines, recently broke ground on a co-living space project, The Pods at LIMA.
Designed with comfort, convenience, and sustainability in mind, the first phase of The Pods at LIMA will consist of a 600 bed facility (shown in photo) interspersed with common areas, open spaces, a transport hub, as well as roof-mounted solar panels.

Construction is currently underway and is projected to be completed by the end of 2023. The Pods at LIMA enhances the quality of life for the community, provides a service to its locators, and addresses LIMA Estate’s decarbonization targets.
