Senator Raffy Tulfo has offered a P1 million reward for the arrest of the suspect in the killing of a 21-year-old male and the rape of his 17-year-old girlfriend during a camping date in Boac, Marinduque on July 15.
“The one who committed this crime has no conscience,” Tulfo said in a statement.
“This is why I will give a P1 million reward for any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect,” he said.
The male victim was killed while his girlfriend was stabbed and raped after the still unidentified suspect attacked them while they were out camping in Marinduque.
The female victim said the suspect went inside their tent at around 2 a.m. Friday and stabbed her boyfriend.
She fled the camp site but the suspect caught up with her and raped her.
