Wawa consent

After months of navigating the free, prior and informed consent process, the Razon-led Wawa Bulk Water Supply Project Phase II, Upper Wawa Dam, receives consent from the Dumagat/Remontado Indigenous Peoples of Antipolo and Montalban.
