Eton Properties launch eWestMall in Makati

Lucio Tan-owned Eton Properties Philippines continues to intensify its retail portfolio with the opening of eWestMall, the newest boutique mall within the Eton WestEnd Square township in Makati City.

The development has two floors of retail spaces with a total leasable area of approximately 3,750 square meters. Some establishments already opened its doors to the public such as Muhan Samgyupsal (shown here), Black Scoop Café, The Black Bean, Anytime Fitness, Nails.Glow, and PNB.

Located at the corner of Chino Roces, Yakal, and Malugay Streets, the project will serve the needs of the residential and office market within the west Makati area. Apart from the mall, eWestpod, also opened four storeys of office space.

Blakes Tower, the 36-storey office and residential building within the township was topped off earlier this year. Eton WestEnd Square has over 23,800 square meters of combined retail and office leasable space, and over 13,900 square meters of residential leasable space.
