People from all walks of life gather to celebrate the yearend countdown to 2019 at the Sta. Lucia Mall’s Centro drive to witness the annual grand fireworks display from different places in the province of Rizal which lasted for 20 minutes, the rains notwithstanding. Bands entertained the audience while waiting for the start of the pyrotechnics display.
