Park dumpsite

Piles of garbage mar the view of the newly-renovated and modernized National Museum of Natural History which opened recently to the public. In direct violation of R.A. 9003, or the Ecological Waste Management Act, this part of the Luneta Park, just right behind the museum, is being used as an open dumpsite. Photo shows a garbage truck dumping trash, while a scavenger looks on expectantly.
