AboitizLand, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, recently launched Seafront Residences, a 43-hectare beachside residential development in San Juan, Batangas. The project will accommodate 800 homes, and serve more than 1,000 ‘vecinos’, or residents, a term used by the developer to refer to people who live in the communities it builds. “Our aim is to curate communities so that our vecinos can live better, more fulfilled lives,” said Patrick Reyes, President and COO, AboitizLand. Seafront Residences is the first build-out property of AboitizLand. It’s partners include DPZ Partners; SC&A Architects and Planners; Budji Layug+Royal Pineda Designs Architects Inc. for architecture and interior design; Crearis Corp. for landscape architecture; and GHD Pty Ltd for site infrastructure and utilities design.
